We had a color scheme in mind for our RV7A when we first met Charles Bell of Aircraft Refinishers of Western New York. Charlie was giving a painting workshop at an RV forum we were attending. We opened to a page of one of the paint sample books he had, and completely changed our minds in an instant.

With our new color scheme in mind, our relationship began. Charles listened to our ideas, easily grasped a sense of what we wanted, and then expanded on them. He was very helpful with the logo for our "Adirondack Express", and even guided us as to 'what color white' we should choose as our base coat. It was truly a team effort, and a lot of fun! It did not take long to realize that Charles is creative, aesthetic and has a remarkable sense of design.

Our experience with Aircraft Refinishers of Western New York proved to be a very positive one. The price was fair, and the workmanship outstanding. Charles stayed in constant contact during the project. There were no surprises, and he consistently met our deadlines, not an easy task with such an undertaking.

The final result was stunning, in fact the designer of his website chose our plane for the homepage. It seems that we never go anywhere without someone raving about our beautiful plane.
